EuroClimateCheck, a groundbreaking project by the European Fact-Checking Standards Network (EFCSN) and 25 of its members, is now offering exclusive researcher data access. Academics, journalists, and policymakers can apply to explore in-depth datasets and advanced analytical tools designed to uncover misinformation trends and their broader impact.
Based on articles ingested by 25 fact-checking organisations from 15 European countries, the data represents a comprehensive, real-time view of climate misinformation’s spread across Europe.
Approved researchers will gain access to downloadable datasets and an API for custom analysis. Data can be used, for example, to track misinformation patterns, assess harm, or inform policy responses.
